Rochester, N.Y. — Jury deliberations will continue Friday in a murder hearing of a male who killed his partner during a College during Brockport in 2012.
Clayton Whittemore is indicted of intentionally murdering Alexandra Kogut in her dorm room a night of Sept. 29, 2012.
Defense attorneys have argued Whittemore should be attempted manslaughter, rather than murder, since he was pang from impassioned romantic reeling when he kick Kogut to genocide after years of abuse from his father.
If convicted of murder, Whittemore faces a probable life sentence.
