The Federal Aviation Administration says a Boeing 737-900 from Seattle to Chicago slid off a runway during O’Hare International Airport.

United Airlines orator Charles Hobart says there were no injuries. He says a aircraft landed safely though afterwards taxied only over a runway’s turnoff point.

The FAA says a slide-off happened during 7:55 a.m. Wednesday with United Flight 1977. The group says a aircraft shop-worn airfield lights. It was towed to a embankment and passengers deplaned normally.

United didn’t immediately contend how many people were onboard a plane.
