REDDING, Calif. — Sherri Papini, a Mountain Gate mom who went vacant Nov. 2 after going on a jog, was located safe, a Shasta County Sheriff’s Office announced Thursday.

According to a sheriff’s office, Papini was reunited with husband, Keith Papini. She is “safe, in fast condition and receiving medical clearway during an undisclosed hospital.”

Shasta County Sheriff Tom Bosenko pronounced during a news discussion Thurday afternoon that a prerogative that was offering for Sherri Papini played no purpose in her protected discovery.

Bosenko says his bureau was told during 4:30 a.m. Thursday that Papini had been expelled by her captor on a farming highway nearby Interstate 5 in Yolo County.

She was firm with restraints, though got assistance from a flitting engineer on Interstate 5 nearby a county road, he said.

The California Highway Patrol, Yolo County Sheriff’s Office and medical crew immediately responded to her location, he said.
