(CNN) — Earth to wanderer Tim Peake: Check a phone series before we dial. Otherwise a chairman we strech is expected to consider you’re some kind of bulb case.
Peake is a British wanderer who arrived during a International Space Station on Dec 15. He is spending 6 months there, conducting systematic experiments.
Recently, he phoned home — as in Earth — though got a series wrong.
“Hello, is this world Earth?” Peake asked.
When he satisfied he’d misdialed, Peake tweeted his regret.
“I’d like to apologize to a lady we only called by mistake observant ‘Hello, is this world Earth?’ – not a antic call…just a wrong number!” he tweeted.
So, one presumes, somewhere down here on Earth there is a lady who is possibly unequivocally angry or astounded over belief. So, ma’am, if you’re reading this, a call unequivocally was from space — and not only a fun by some space cadet.
