A decider in northeast Ohio has condemned a former clergyman to 56 years in jail for personally recording kindergartners regulating a lavatory subsequent to their classroom.
Thirty-three-year-old Elliot Gornall was condemned Monday in Ashland County after pleading no competition in Oct to 181 counts, many of that concerned a use of minors in nakedness oriented element or performance. Gornall entered that defence intending to interest a judge’s statute that pronounced images found on his mechanism were scrupulously performed and could be used as evidence.
Authorities contend Gornall used a tiny view camera to record 25 of his students during a propagandize in Loudonville, about 80 miles south of Cleveland. The images were available between Aug and Nov 2014.
Neither Gornall nor his profession addressed a charges during sentencing.
