LOS ANGELES — The singer who played Gabe Kaplan’s wife, Julie, on a 1970s sitcom “Welcome Back, Kotter,” has died during 66.

Marcia Strassman died during her Sherman Oaks, California, home on Friday after a prolonged conflict with breast cancer, her sister, Julie Strassman, pronounced Sunday.

Strassman had countless roles on radio and in film during her five-decade career.

She had a repeated purpose as helper Margie Cutler on a initial deteriorate of “M-A-S-H” before her dermatitis purpose in “Welcome Back, Kotter.”

Her biggest film success was as a mother of a impression played by Rick Moranis in a Disney strike “Honey we Shrunk The Kids” and the sequel, “Honey we Blew Up The Kid.”

Strassman also is survived by a daughter and a brother.
