A male was incarcerated Friday night in tie with a container that had been found on a downtown San Francisco travel pressed with tellurian remains, authorities said.
Police Chief Greg Suhr reliable a “person of interest” was incarcerated for doubt in a Tenderloin district, a San Francisco Chronicle reported.
