The hate-filled South Carolina male indicted of slaughtering 9 worshipers inside a church last year was roughed adult in jail Thursday morning, officials said.
Dylann Roof was assaulted by another invalid inside a Cannon Detention Center, a Charleston Post and Courier reported. The 22-year-old was not severely harmed and returned to his dungeon after jail medical staffers checked him out.
The invalid — identified as Dwayne Stafford by internal media — will be charged with third-degree attack and battery, a Charleston County Sheriff’s Office said.
