Protesters rallying support of a Dontre Hamilton family blocked trade in Milwaukee Friday dusk heading to dozens of arrests.

Hamilton, 31, was shot and killed by military officer Christopher Manney in Red Arrow Park in April. Hamilton’s family has been watchful to hear either Manney would be charged in a case.
Manny has already been dismissed from a Milwaukee Police Department. Several investigations are still holding place prolonging a complaint decision.
